Supported the creation of marketing materials, including: observations, interviews, user-research, branding, wireframes, and website development. Worked as a design fiduciary for IFP advisors, providing consultation on branding, content development, and best web practices. Identified key priorities based on user-insights.
Involved in all aspects of the product lifecycle, from brainstorming and defining requirements to designing and testing interfaces, as well as working with developers to use design and clean code to reduce cognitive load and process time on purchase and inquiry forms.
Administration and content creation for suncoastcu.org and company intranet for all Florida branches and digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. Consulted with external PR and design agencies during Suncoast website redesign on vendor selection, user testing, and site functionality.

Collaborated on branding efforts between ICON Worldwide and El Corte Inglés, Universität St. Gallen, L’Oréal, and Luz de Viento. Created process flows and designed iPhone app UI for Universität St. Gallen Executive School. Contributed code to WordPress theme development of icon-worldwide.com.
Every project has unique challenges and goals but I approach each using an iterative design cycle. I start every project with the end-user in mind. I use quantitative and qualitative research methods to better understand constraints, validate certain assumptions, and discover a clear path to the project goal. I am mindful of performance, scalability, typography, grid-based layouts, use of color, and hierarchy. I seek to create novel products that always feel simple, useful, and adaptable to changing user needs.
I have a Bachelors in Digital Media from The University of Central Florida, where I learned about digital storytelling, visual design, user-centered design; I also attended the University of Alcalá de Henares, taking classes in Spanish history, language and culture. I was a member of the Digital Ethnography Lab where our team won a cultural heritage award for our work on the ChinaVine project with the University of Shandong, in 2009.
I’m a native English speaker but I speak French, Portuguese, and Spanish decently.
